Website Care, clearly defined
Is Website Care required?
No. Website Care is optional for the standard Niagara Business Website unless a different written agreement applies.
What counts as a minor website change?
Examples include changing business hours, replacing an image, editing a short paragraph, updating a phone number, adding a testimonial or changing a call to action. New pages, redesigns and new features are not minor changes.
Does Website Care include SEO?
Website Care includes technical monitoring and maintenance, but it is not an ongoing SEO campaign. New content, keyword strategy, service-area expansion and other growth work are scoped separately.
Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Sometimes. External websites are reviewed first. Some qualify as-is, while others need remediation, migration or custom care pricing before Niagara SEO can maintain them efficiently.
